Have an idea to bring to life, or a technical problem to solve, and don’t know where to start?

End to end technical consulting, built around rapid solutioning and prototyping.

Bring us the idea or the problem. Websites, apps, data, and AI on one side. CAD, printing, and fabrication on the other. Thirty years of engineering and data experience, and one consultant to call. No engagement is too big or too small.

What it looks like

Same method, three weeks, whatever the problem is made of.

Two business owners. One has a picture of a product. The other has a spreadsheet that runs the shop and breaks every Monday.

Physical

From one picture to a part in hand.

Week one. A working call and a written recommendation: prototype path, rough cost, open questions.

Week two. The picture becomes CAD. First parts come off the printer farm while any control software takes shape.

Week three. A revised part, a working version, and a plan for production. You own the files.

Digital

From one spreadsheet to an app the crew uses.

Week one. A working call about who touches the spreadsheet, what breaks, and what version one must do.

Week two. A clickable prototype, then a working tool on your real data, tested by the people who will use it.

Week three. Fixes from that feedback, hosting set up, and someone to call when it needs changing.

The digital example shows Kalonji, a web application designed and built by Tonbo Solutions.

Four offers, one firm

Each one solves a problem a business runs into every week.

Rapid Prototyping

Bring the idea in whatever form it exists. We turn it into CAD, write the software it needs, and run it through the 3D printer farm so you are holding a part within days.

Apps & Websites

Build a first version people can use, or fix the one you have. Then we host it, keep it updated, and watch its security so you have one number to call.

What we build →

Data & IT

Data is our love: creating it, managing it, and making what you already collect useful. That includes the systems and networks it lives on.

Data and infrastructure →

AI Consulting

What AI really is, how the major providers differ, where it would pay off in your daily operations, and a pilot that proves it before you spend.

Where to start with AI →
How an engagement runs

Consulting first. A prototype when it is the right next step.

You do not need a spec, a drawing, or a budget to start. A bracket that keeps breaking and a two-year systems upgrade begin with the same call; the method scales, the first conversation does not change. You can take the recommendation and build anywhere. Most clients ask us to keep going.

  1. Discover

A conversation about the problem, the people who have it, and what a first version must prove.

  2. Recommend

A short written plan: what to build first, how, what it costs, and what we still need to learn.

  3. Prototype

CAD and printed parts, a clickable app, a dashboard on your real data, or an AI pilot. Something you can hold or use.

  4. Iterate

What the first version taught us goes into the second. Usually two or three rounds.

  5. Hand off

Files, code, documentation, and a plan for production or launch. Or we keep running it for you.

How the two names fit

When the answer is physical, Tonbo Solutions engages Tonbo Tech.

Tonbo Solutions is the consulting firm you hire. When an engagement needs a real part, we bring in Tonbo Tech, our fabrication arm, so a prototype can move from printed plastic to machined metal to a wired assembly without a subcontractor and without the weeks that adds. You still have one point of contact.

Real engagements, told plainly.

Data & IT

You cannot upgrade what you cannot find.

Before a two-year hardware and software refresh, we inventoried every device and its location, turned that into an audit the client could plan against, and helped bring the new equipment in as it landed.

Apps & Websites

A website and someone to stand behind it.

We designed and built a custom site, host it, keep it updated, and watch its security so the owner never has to think about it.

AI Consulting

What AI really is, and whether it matters here.

An owner asked. We explained how the models work, compared the major providers on cost, privacy, and fit, and walked his daily operations to find the two places it would pay off first.

Rapid Prototyping

From one picture to a part in hand.

An owner brought us a single rendered image of a product. We built the CAD, ran the first parts off the printer farm, wrote the software it needed, and revised until it was right.

More about our work

A note from the founder

Every firm deserves the engineering and IT services the biggest ones take for granted.

I spent thirty years building networks, IT services, data platforms, and analytics programs for companies with whole departments to do it. Most firms have the same problems and none of the departments. Tonbo Solutions exists to close that gap: senior engineering judgment, a shop that can make things, and a bias toward showing you something that works before asking you to commit.
